Custom Colour Orders

 

Minimum quantity on all orders – 2,000 Lids

 

There are 2 options when you require a customised colour
 

Please read carefully

 

1. We keep a variety of colours (not every colour) of masterbatch material at our premises which we can use for your production run. This usually does not cost extra and your lids will remain at the regular unit price. Our production team will supply you with a sample of the masterbatch granules for you to compare. If we do not have a colour that you can use, then we will need to source masterbatch from our supplier and this will be at your cost.

 

2. If you would a specific colour or shade, or even to match a corporate colour, we will require a PMS code of that colour. We will then have our masterbatch supplier make your colour (usually a 25 kilogram bag).
Prices of masterbatch vary, and can range from anywhere between $250-$600 per 25kg. This option would only be cost effective if you require large quantities. PMG will store your colour at our premises in a safe, dry environment and will be exclusive to your organisation; we will not use your colour for any other customer or product.

 

NOTE - A 25kg bag of masterbatch can generally yield approx. 15,000 lids.

 

Payment of Custom Colour Orders:
 

All customers are automatically placed on a pre-paid/cash account.
Invoices must be paid in full prior to despatch or at time of collection.
